3. ONLINE AND IN-PERSON PAYMENTS
We accept payments through Stripe and other payment methods available at the time of the transaction, including payments made directly at the clinic.
When you pay through Stripe or another electronic payment processor, that provider collects and processes information needed to complete and verify the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. This may include payment card details, billing information, contact details, device information, and information used to prevent fraud.
For payments processed through Stripe, JLo Clinic does not receive your full payment card number or security code. We may receive limited transaction information, such as payment status, amount, date, card type, and the last digits of the card number.
For payments made directly at the clinic, we retain information needed to record the payment and issue a receipt. In-person card payments and other electronic payments also involve the provider processing that transaction.
We may request identification when reasonably necessary to verify identity or payment authorization, prevent fraud, or resolve a payment dispute.

4. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
JLo Clinic does not sell clients’ personal information.
We may share necessary information with providers that help us operate our business, including website hosting, appointment management, forms, payment processing, storage, and communications services. Platforms we use include Wix, GlossGenius, and Stripe, depending on the service or transaction.
These providers may process information under their own privacy policies and applicable agreements.
We may also disclose information with your authorization, when required by law, in response to valid legal requests, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights or safety or investigate fraud.
5. PHOTOGRAPHS, VIDEOS, AND PUBLICATION AUTHORIZATION
Photographs and videos used to evaluate or document treatments are separate from images used for public distribution.
Publishing identifiable photographs or videos for educational, advertising, marketing, or social media purposes requires a separate authorization. Consent to treatment does not, by itself, authorize publication of your image.
You may contact us to withdraw authorization for future publication. We will address your request in accordance with your authorization and applicable law. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful uses, and we cannot guarantee removal of copies shared by third parties outside our control.
6. COMMUNICATIONS
We may communicate with you by phone, text message, WhatsApp, email, or other channels you use to contact us.
You may request to stop receiving promotional communications by replying through the same channel or contacting us at the number below. This does not prevent necessary communications about appointments, payments, ongoing services, or legal matters.
Messaging and social media platforms operate under their own privacy policies. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is unnecessary for your inquiry.
